Free confidential 1:1 Counselling

Our qualified Life Coach and Counsellor (MBACP) Dympna Palmer has trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Trauma.  Dympna is here to help you make the changes you want in your life by adapting the therapy to your individual needs.

Dympna will listen in confidence without judging you or offering advice.  She will not tell you what to do, she is here to help you talk through the issues that concern you so that you can reach your own solutions and answers. 

HCIL is offering this confidential service, free of charge to all staff and is made up one an Assessment, followed by 6 counselling sessions that last 50 minutes.
